Our policy on returns for Technovative Consulting's professional consulting services in fintech and financial institutions

Technovative Consulting provides tailored consulting services including digital growth strategy, process design, portfolio analysis, incentive design, gold audit, and training programs. Due to the customized and intangible nature of our services, which are delivered digitally or through in-person engagements, we do not offer traditional returns for completed services.

Service Deliverables

Our deliverables include reports, strategies, training materials, and implementation plans. If you are not satisfied with the initial deliverables, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to discuss potential revisions or improvements. We are committed to client satisfaction and will work collaboratively to address any concerns.

Non-Returnable Services

Consulting services such as advisory sessions, training workshops, and strategic planning are considered delivered upon completion. These services cannot be returned due to their experiential and knowledge-based nature.

Refunds

Refunds are not available for services that have been fully delivered. For engagements that have not commenced or partial services, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis after review.

Quality Assurance

We maintain high standards in our consulting services. If a service does not meet the agreed-upon specifications, we will rectify the issue at no additional cost.
