Service Deliverables

If you are not satisfied with the initial deliverables, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to discuss potential revisions or improvements. We are committed to client satisfaction and will work collaboratively to address any concerns.

Non-Returnable Services

Consulting services such as advisory sessions, training workshops, and strategic planning are considered delivered upon completion. These services cannot be returned due to their experiential and knowledge-based nature.

Refunds

Refunds are not available for services that have been fully delivered. For engagements that have not commenced or partial services, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis after review.
